Inputs for the NEWSLETTER are welcome and freely accepted. The deadline for all inputs is the FRIDAY following the first Tuesday of the month.  Inputs are preferred via e-mail or as e-mail attachment in WORD or ASCII format. Articles are accepted typed via snail mail (USPO). Hand written articles will be reluctantly accepted. Send all inputs to editor, address and e-mail as shown above. The NEWSLETTER should arrive approximately the 25th of the month We welcome all comments and criticism about the articles and content of the NEWSLETTER  The editor does not control mailings.
